THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED, REMOTE OPPORTUNITY. We are seeking top Admissions Representatives (inbound sales representatives) to manage our moderate to high volume prospect load on a daily basis.
What does your day look like?
- Manage and respond to inbound leads via phone, email, Facebook inbox (inside CRM), website chat, and automated text messaging.
- Proactively identify opportunities in inbound channels, existing prospects, and prospective customers.
- Proactively target opportunities through various channels, including mining existing customer database and other platforms.
- Generate leads through collaborating on direct marketing efforts in coordination with Marketing Team.
- Qualify and escalate leads quickly and accurately to other Admissions Representatives for timely follow up.
- Prioritize, call or schedule booked prospect meetings with other Enrollment Managers
- Work effectively with other Legacy Team Members
- Attend virtual team meetings with call reviews and personal development daily for faster growth
Who are we looking for:
A naturally inquisitive problem solver and enthusiastic learner who thrives in a goal-oriented team environment. The ideal candidate must exhibit a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Fluent communication, computer, and writing abilities are essential.

- You have a prior sales or customer service experience, and have worked in a technical environment
- You have at least 5 years inbound and outbound call experience or degree
- You have a willingness to learn about our product and our mission
- You ideally have an interest in health, wellness, fitness, and a holistic lifestyle
- You have some experience in admissions and enrollments processes or a willingness to learn these processes
- You have a high-speed internet connection in a quiet, uninterrupted environment
- You have a clear, pleasant, upbeat and energetic speaking voice
- You have experience with Hubspot or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- You have experience with electronic signature software
- You are flexible to work some nights
- You have the ability to make over 100 calls and texts per day
- You are entrepreneurial-minded individuals with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
- You are able to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.
- You have demonstrated the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- You are highly organized and excellent at electronic record keeping and call recording.
- You are open to learning the in-depth mission and enrollment process of Legacy
- You have demonstrated the ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent and persuasive without being aggressive.

- You have demonstrated the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
