Responsibilities
- HVAC design activities for projects and studies in various development stages: pre-feasibility, feasibility, concept/basic design, technical and detail design, permitting
- Building calculations and sizing of equipment
- HVAC layouts for equipment and piping
- HVAC schematic diagrams preparations
- Reports preparation( technical memorandum, calculation notes
- Preparing bill of quantities
- Technical support and site visits before and during construction works
- Attendance to internal project review meetings
- Attendance to meetings with clients together with Project Manager
- Agree deadlines with PM for allocated design activities
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Installation for Constructions
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HVAC design experience
- Knowledge of Romanian design standards, regulations, laws
- Good knowledge operating with Autocad, MS Office
- 3D modeling in Revit is mandatory
- Fluent written and spoken English
