The candidate will be responsible for managing service repair order assignments, coordinating the team of technicians' workflow, and liaising between service advisors and technicians. As a key player to distribute work to our technicians fairly.
Responsibilities
- Assign service repair orders based on customer needs and technician availability. Coordinate with service technicians, maintaining an efficient workflow and ensuring that the right technician is assigned to the appropriate job.
- Act as liaison between service advisor s and technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor progress of repairs and services to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure that the service bays are utilized efficiently
- Assist with other administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- The perfect candidate would have 1 - 2 years experience
- A proven track record.
