Job Details
Seeking an Immigration attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from a U.S. law school, Texas State Bar license, experience with providing advice and counsel to clients (in-house counsel and human resources personnel) in the area of U.S. business immigration law, analyzing eligibility and providing strategies for business nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. The candidate should have extensive experience with PERM, H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, and EB-1/EB-2. Duties include preparing petitions and applications for submissions to USCIS and DOL.
