More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. Manage a trust team within an office or center environment. Accountable for the performance of the team including training, growth, risk & profit management. Provides fiduciary oversight and answers moderately complex questions regarding trust taxability, document interpretation, and fiduciary risk management. Reviews documents and approves discretionary distributions. Works with investment managers to value assets, develop investment strategies and ensures execution of same. Works to develop new business, retain & expand existing client & COI relationships as well as cross sell services. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and developing team members. Effectively manage risk while all the time communicating with, attorneys, accountants and the ultimate beneficiaries.
Education and Certifications/Licenses:
None, None, None
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years financial or trust experience, including at lest 2 years supervising direct and indirect reports or coordinating team workflow. Experienced working in a team environment. Established knowledge of trust & estate settlement, fiduciary law and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA Business, CTFA, CPA, JD or MBA. Experience leading a team or supervising the daily work of others
