Job Summary
United American, a North Texas Insurance Company specializing in life, health, and accident coverage has an immediate opening for an Attorney. This position will be responsible for but not limited to Regulatory compliance, Litigation management, and Contract drafting.
DUTIES
Primary duties & responsibilities consist of:
- Responsible for regulatory compliance, litigation management and contract drafting
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines required
- Must be a self starter with the ability to start a project and see it to fruition
- Strong, adaptable, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information and make logical conclusions
- Ideal candidates will have a law degree with 0-5 years experience and a strong academic record
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Recent law school graduates will be considered
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be able to provide a copy of transcript
