Description
Responsible for responding to incoming phone call and correspondence. Providing face sheets to physician offices, submitting and maintaining charity care assistance information and for other duties as assigned. Provides Affidavits and Itemized statements for 3
rd
party attorneys. Fills out Question for Attorneys, Handles Patient complaints. Also does backup EOB Review.
Qualifications
Education:
Must have high school diploma.
Experience:
Desirable characteristics include two (2) years of experience in a hospital or medically-related environment.
Must be able to following directions and perform work according to department standards when no directions are provided.
Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to investigate, resolve, and follow through with all patient and billing questions.
Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
