THE ROLE
When our clients need efficiencies across bigger pieces of work, we develop solutions for their largest area of “inside†spend. Specifically, we provide end-to-end management and delivery of complex legal processes like commercial contracts, derivatives agreements and compliance activities. Our multi-person teams take on entire functions for our clients and are on the hook for delivering process efficiencies, hitting SLAs and often deploying technology. Delivery is led by a team of legal professionals â€" ranging from paralegals and contract negotiators to senior lawyers â€" all managed by a (partner/GC level) team leader.
Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, the Recruiting Leader, Outsourcing will:
Build and manage the global recruiting strategy and operations for Axiom’s Outsourcing business
Lead and develop (at least two) Recruiting Managers with direct responsibility for recruiting support to international offices in Belfast and Delhi
Personally recruit and hire Managed Services delivery team members for Axiom’s Houston office, partnering with Houston-based leadership as well as General Managers across Axiom offices
Play a leadership role in creating the talent strategy and proposition enabling Axiom’s continued growth and impact in this space
Desired Experience, Capabilities and Interests:
