These are the foundations of how we do business with our members, as well as how we treat each other.We are currently seeking a talented Trust Relationship Manager II for our San Antonio, TX facility.PURPOSE OF JOB Serves as relationship manager for Trust Services and handles the account administration. Builds multigenerational relationships with members to retain assets held in a trust.
Maintains awareness of emerging products and services and new developments in the industry. Keeps current on all laws and regulations related to the administration of trust accounts. Under limited supervision, performs moderately complex work assignments and problem resolution.JOB DUTIES Acquires and applies intermediate knowledge of industry products, services, and processes in handling moderately complex accounts (e.g., irrevocable, IRA, distributing trusts, trust agency, etc.).Prepares and reviews legal documents, correspondence, and forms, and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, governing documents, and applicable regulations.Provides recommendations to management regarding changes to transaction processing and account maintenance.Contacts principals, beneficiaries, remaindermen, and attorneys for the administration of the trust accounts.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree or six years work experience.2+ years trust administration experience.Intermediate knowledge of trust and estate services and applicable laws.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and windows operating environment.PreferredCTFA Designation.6+ years actively managing trust accounts.Leadership experience.The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describethe principal functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.At USAA our employees enjoy one of the best benefits packages in the business, including business casual dress environment, comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, along with wellness and wealth building programs.
