Review and negotiate client and third party contracts, administer related documents, and perform associated administrative tasks efficiently and in support of company objectives.
Responsibilities
Prepare and negotiate c! lient contracts for licensing and purchasing of products and services.
Review client requests for proposal.
Administer contracts.
Prepare other legal agreements as assigned. The Contracts Specialist must be able to:
Apply negotiation strategies successfully.
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks timely and efficiently.
Manage conflict and resolve disputes in an orderly and productive fashion.
Maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external partners.
Fulfill job duties in accordance with company objectives and policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business or related field.
One or more years experience as a paralegal or attorney.
Negotiating skills desired; interest in and enjoyment of negotiating.
25-30% Travel based on business needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic and creative approach to problem solving desired.
Understanding of li! ability issues and knowledge of software licensing and practic! es desired
