Our client is looking for an Event Services Coordinator to support their growing! Communications/Client Development department. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity working for a FANTASTIC law firm !
Ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating all firm-hosted receptions, seminars & retreats as well as coordinating various luncheons, dinners & webinars. You will work closely with Event Committee members in preparing events and assist with project coordination and firm-wide business development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assisting with all aspects of event planning, creating deadlines, communicating with attorneys & vendors, developing themes, creating mailing lists, documenting all RSVP’s, entering information in firm’s database and several other special projects as needed. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is a service-oriented team player and extremely organized.
Requirements:
College degree required. Must be computer literate and proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Exce! l. Experience with graphic design and photo editing software (! Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop and InDesign) You MUST have legal experience.
Position will be paying $50K - $60K dependent on experience with excellent benefits!
