addition, TRT owns Gold's Gym International, an operator and

franchisor of more than 650 fitness centers in over 30 countries; and

is involved in oil and gas exploration and production through Tana

Exploration. TRT also holds and manages a large cash and marketable

securities portfolio.

Position Title: Vice

President and Senior Counsel Operations

Job

Responsibilities:

• Manage non-transactional legal

matters for multiple operating businesses.

• Provides

general advice and counsel to management teams regarding labor and

employment matters, trademark, franchising, insurance and risk

management assistance.

• Responsible for contract review

and negotiations.

Handles regulatory matters and

litigation manageme! nt.

• Will supervise one attorney and

one paralegal.

• Reports to General Counsel and is part of

a team that includes six attorneys.

Requirements:
Job Requirements:

• 8 to 12 years legal experience

with a preference towards some litigation and employment law

experience.

• Law degree and current state license
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Expert knowledge

of corporate law

• Ability to interpret the law and make

practical applications to support the business

• Excellent

leadership skills
