- Outstanding opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation attorney to work in a collegial, well respected, corporate law department of a prestigious company. This position deman! ds the skills to manage non-transactional legal matters for the management teams of the multiple operating businesses including labor and employment, trademarks, franchising, insurance and risk management, assistance with contract review and negotiating, regulatory matters and litigation management. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of commercial litigation within a top tier law firm and outstanding academic credentials. Additionally, this individual will need to possess the personal abilities to be a team player and business partner.
