Pay Rate:
$28k to $30k base

Hours: Availability between 7 am to 10 pm, plus weekends

Job Duties:
Duties include
making calls on delinquent accounts and loss mitigation workouts. The Collections Professional will provide customers alternative solutions including affordable payment plans and settlement options to help borrowers pay their balance in full or settle. Analysts are cross-trained to help better understand the company’s methodology in order to maximize recoveries for our clients.

Other duties include:

• Monitor assigned queues and follow up accordingly with borrowers, investors, realtors, and attorneys.
• Review all ongoing work out plans with borrowers, evaluate their needs and issues, and counsel them appropriately.
• Analyze credit reports, loan histories, personal records, property values and assets to determine if sufficient equity and make recommendations ! to managers.
• Responsible for complying with federal, ! state and local regulations pertaining to collections and bankruptcy practices.
• Analyst will be responsible for imputing results of conversations into client's servicing system.

Upon offer, candidate would have to pass credit check, client's online testing, 10 year background and drug screenings to begin work

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Associate's Degree

Minimum of 2 years collection/recovery experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

Degree with a 2.8 GPA or higher

Bilingua! l a plus

Preferred experience in Auto loan, Student Loan or Mortgage Collection .
