Advanced Market Specialist Duties: Acts as a liaison between the agency/firm and the home office advanced markets group. Coordinates in-f! irm Advanced Markets training. Provides assistance to Financial Service Reps and Financial Planners on their business and estate planning cases. Analyzes and summarizes reports.
Requirements: A professional designation of JD, CPA or CFP is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Licensing requirements: Life and Health, Series 7. The candidate must be an experienced specialist in the estate and business planning market to lead sophisticated case design and point-of-sale assistance. Should have comprehensive knowledge of estate and business planning techniques and their application to the affluent markets. Should have a good understanding of the life insurance sales process and the legal and tax aspects of the sale. Familiarity with legal documents, such as Irrevocable Trusts, in order to assist producers review/prospect plans is desired. Should have skills in training, coaching and leading life insurance producers. Competence in developing practical strategies! to solve complex case design.
