Foreclosure Specialist
Utilizing your integrity and exceptional talents, you will refer and monitor foreclosure loans daily and ensure timelines are completed within internal guidelines. Success in this role will require the proper execution of the following duties:
Review and update MSP with foreclosure information.
Monitor foreclosure actions through Process Management and default reports.
Communicate with attorneys, trustees, taxing authorities and other third parties to ensure timely resolution on all cases.
Timely response t! o all incoming correspondence regarding assigned loans.
Prepare and recommend bidding instructions per internal guidelines.
Work internal MSP tracking queues and remove files from foreclosure as necessary.
Participate in department progress in reducing timeline delays.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years mortgage related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
Strong problem solver.
Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, electron! ic mail, internet, order processing, inventory, and database software and loan servicing systems.
