Description: Special Counsel is currently seeking to employ Litigation Paralegal Job right now, this job will be dwelled in Texas. For complete informations about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. We are currently assisting a firm in Oakland with their search for a long-term, temporary Litigation Paralegal. The litigation Paralegal will be primarily responsible for assisting the busy atto! rneys on various litigation matters. Prior experience with full case management including discovery, trial preparation, and post-settlement/post-trial is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with a background in Asbestos Defense Litigation and/or Medical Malpractice.
Please note that 6450 compliance is required for this role (i.e. a Paralegal Certification from an ABA approved Paralegal program and/or a B.A/B.S. degree with requisite experience and attorney attestation).
