This position will represent public and private companies and underwriters in initial and secondary public offerings, private pl! acements and other public and private corporate finance ventures.
We are interested in an attorney that can oversee all aspects of a transaction, including overseeing junior associates, drafting, analyzing and negotiating public offering documents and prospectus, underwriting agreements, private placement memoranda, subscription agreements, registration rights agreements, security agreements, warrants, debentures and opinion letters.
Required experience: 2 - 5 years
Minimum required education: Master's Degree
