The Dallas, TX office of a multi-state law firm is in need of a Foreclosure Paralegal to support the Florida Panhandle region. This person will be working f! or an attorney whose client is the lender initiating a foreclosure action. Job duties include, but are not limited to: reviewing documents for accuracy; requesting missing documents; preparation of affidavits; Notice of Actions; Final Judgment Pleadings; Motion for Order to Show Cause; and Trial Preparation.
This is a full-time position with benefits. This person must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as be hard working, detail oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a skilled multi-tasker. Previous experience working in a law firm, bank, or in the mortgage or real estate industry is preferred but not required. Foreclosure experience is a plus.
