Requirements: 2 years minimum solid patent litigation experience. Complex patent infringement litigation experience from within a notable IP or GP firm. Preferring BS in engineering, physics, or computer science and USPTO registration. Schools/grades dependent upon nature and applicability of litigation experience/training.
