• Leading oilfield services company is seeking a lawyer with 3-7 years’ experience to assist with general commercial matters. The person in this position will have a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including reviewing and negotiating oilfield services contracts and EPC contracts; advising internal clients, including top-level management, on legal ramifications of business deals; managing litigation; and counseling on compliance with anti-corruption and import-export regulations.

Candidates should have oilfield service contracts experience or a background in construction litigation; international business experience and/or construction contract drafting is also a plus. In addition, the ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm training; strong oral and written communication skills; and a confident, team-oriented personality. This is an opportunity for a junior or midlevel lawyer to assume varied responsibilities with a well-respected industry leader and to work closely with business clients.
