Academic Attorney
BARBRI is currently searching for Academic Attorneys located in Denver, Kansas City or Dallas. In this critical role, you will provide daily support to the business and our customers, focusing primarily on course delivery tasks that require the expertise of an attorney. Reporting to Vice President of Customer Engagement, you will work closely with course managers and editorial to ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule, and that customer needs are met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
J.D. and Bar licensure in any of the following states: CO, MO, KS, TX, AR A passion for serving the customer and for providing an exceptional learning experience Strong customer service mentality with ability to handle challenging situations Ability to provide mentoring and training to temporary workers such as graders and tutors Must work well as both a team member and a team leader Self-motivated indi! vidual able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environ! ment with competing demands for resources Ability to work with a wide range of people and build relationships across the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven organizational, analysis and problem solving skills Detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently with complex information Motivated and willing to learn new things Creative and enthusiastic with a sense of humor
