Publicly traded multi-national Chemical company seeks Senior Counsel with minimum of 7 years experience in EPC Contracts and Project Financing. Bar license in TX or LA required! .
Reduce outside legal expenditures and utilize proven project development expertise to draft, review and negotiate strategic agreements, including those for engineering, construction and procurement, infrastructure and utilities, gas purchase and transportation arrangements, technology licensing, environmental regulation, off-take and marketing of petrochemicals and refined petroleum products, and financing.
Base salary up to 160k with bonus up to 50% of base.
